The Clean Caffeine Initiative was formed to educate and spread awareness to the environmental impacts of coffee bean production and distribution. We understand that being environmentally conscious is a lot more common than it once was, but we noticed that there doesn’t seem to be any coffee specific initiatives. Our teams’ goal is to support brands and other companies that ethically source eco-friendly coffee beans.
Our Initiative is based out of the Pacific Northwest, and we hope to influence coffee distribution around the entire area. One of our main goals is to build long lasting relationships with coffee brands across the Pacific Northwest. Evidence of these relationships will come in the form of a Clean Caffeine Initiative Seal. Our team hopes that this seal will become a respected symbol in the community. That represents our initiative and partners commitment to being ethically aware of the environment.
Additionally, the initiative is committed to holding educational seminars, so the general public can develop a better understanding of how coffee is sourced from the ground up. It is also important to highlight those that ethically source eco-friendly coffee beans though promotional advertisements such video, audio, or print.
